What type of payment do you
accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, or Money
Order . If you
wish to pay by check or money order we do ask that you send payment
in full in advance of your order being shipped. Please allow time
for this when ordering your wrappers. A $35 fee will be
applied for all returned checks.

How is my order shipped?
Orders are
shipped US Priority Mail (2-3 days) or US Express Mail (Next Day).
You may select your method of shipping on the Order Page where
the exact shipping cost will be calculated. If the
chocolate bars are to be shipped to a warm climate, we
recommend US Express Mail and/or the insulated box option (also
available on the Order Page) and that you have someone available to
receive your package when it is delivered as it may melt if left in
the heat. If you require an
alternative shipping method, please contact Say it with Sweets for
rates.
(**We
recommend shipping wrappers only during the summer months. Say
it with Sweets will do everything that we can to ensure
your candy bars will arrive safely, however, we are not
responsible for wrapped bars that are damaged or melted during
shipping.)

Can I
change any design's text, colors or graphics to fit my
needs?
Most designs can be customized to fit
your individual needs. Colors and graphics will automatically be
changed on New Baby wrappers to accommodate either a boy or girl.
Please specify changes clearly when placing your order.

Can you design a wrapper from scratch for
me?
Yes. Just send us your specifics and we
will be happy to create your wrapper at no additional cost. We will
send you a copy via e-mail for your approval before
printing.

What do I do if I want to include a
photograph or logo?
All images can be e-mailed as an
attachment using a ..jpeg, .bmp or .gif format.
You can also send your photo or business card in the mail and Say it
with Sweets will scan it (mail to: Say it with Sweets, 2915 Baker
Street, Marion, IA 52302.) Please note that there is a
$7.00 charge for any photo/logo reproduction. Please include a
release form if the photo is from a studio or photographer. Also
note that we cannot include copyrighted images, such as those from
Disney®, Warner Brothers®, etc.

I can't see the wrapper clearly on the
Website. Can I get a larger image e-mailed to me?
Yes. Please just e-mail us with the
wrapper design name and we will e-mail you a larger copy of the
wrapper.

What kind of candy do you use?
We use
HERSHY®'S 1.55 ounce Milk Chocolate
bars for the regular sized wrappers, HERSHEY®'S Assorted Miniatures for the mini wrappers,
and HERSHEY®'S 7 ounce Milk
Chocolate bars for the Jumbo Bars.

Can I buy just the wrapper and wrap
the candy bars myself?
Yes you can. There is an
option on the Order Page to order only the wrappers. Your
wrappers will be mailed to you with wrapping
instructions. We recommend purchasing wrappers only during the
warm weather months to save on express shipping
charges.

What type of paper do you use?
We use a quality heavy weight,
glossy paper which is ideal for precise, vivid color and
pictures.

How long does it take to receive my
order?
We ask that you allow 7-10
working days to receive your order. If you have chosen
to view the wrapper before printing, please allow 7-10 working
days after the "proof" has been approved. Birth Announcements
are given top priority and usually shipped the next business day.

Do you ship outside of the USA?
No, we are not currently
shipping our products outside the United States.

Do you print anything on the back of the
wrappers?
Yes, we have samples of back options for each occasion which can
be viewed when you click on the Back of Wrapper button. You may also create
your own back by adding a picture, a poem, or any special
information, just give us the specifications

Can I preview
the wrapper before it is shipped?
We recommend that you preview your wrapper before your order is
printed. Your "proof" will be e-mailed to you in .jpeg format.
Please get back to us as soon as possible as your order
will not be filled or shipped without your approval.

items?
Iowa residents will have a 5%
sales tax added to their orders.

confidential?
Say it with Sweets respects your privacy. Your information will
stay confidential with us. We do not sell, loan, trade or release
